10/10 next level stuff.

So I tried this vape pen and wax for the first time, I have never dabbed/vaped in my life but thought I would give it a go as I can no longer smoke cannabis in work. I ordered this thinking it would just give me something to smoke in work and after a week of hitting this everyday I cant tell you the change to my body. I mean iv smoked thc for 20yrs now and tried some cbd flower last year which didnt really do anything, but this wax stuff is next level stuff. my heart murmur that I have had now for the last 2 yrs is now gone I mean after 2 days of smoking this stuff I no longer have it and also my body doesn't aching no more when I am am finished work. this shit is just what I never knew I needed.

I would get home from work and be in pain and would just order takeout because I could not be **** cooking anything. but now shit! !! not no more I even am getting back to the gym lol.

Does do what it says on the label

Does do what it says on the label but the taste is the same it very similar on some of the waxes eg I found natural and granddaddy purple taste the same with granddaddy been a little more fruity I can hear a crackle on the atomiser I believe from the heat element or oil

Great service pen is ok

First one was faulty & hempelf offered and arranged an exchanged swiftly.
Trying to get the hang of it now. Finding the one button control a but fiddly. It's really hard to get it up to red for highest heat - feel a bit like morse code !!
When I get it right pulls nicely.
Enjoying the daiquiri wax - very tasty :)

Broke after 2 weeks

Vape broke after 2 weeks of use. Coil burnt out and no longer heats up to a useable temp. Was asked to post back at a cost of my own which is fine only to receive a email saying I have been over packing it because I have been using 1 rice grain rather than 1/2 a rice grain the manufacturer suggests. This is false info as the manufacturers 'how to use' video states to use 1 rice grain. Was made to feel like a novice swell as not given a replacement or refund. After the cost of sending the vape out They sent me the faulty vape back and now I have no use for it, I should have just saved time and money and binned it. I would not recommend this item and found Hemp Elfs customer service to be pretty bad. This was the first time I had needed to contact customer services about a purchase but has left me not wanting to purchase from the website again. Maybe time to take my business elsewhere unfortunately.

Dear Ash as you are aware, we inspected the vaporiser and even made a video of it working. The manufacturer inspected the video that you sent to show why you thought the vape was broken and they confirmed that you had over filled the device and needed to also look after it by cleaning it properly. When we inspected the device, it was full of residue from past uses and while it still worked, it did require good clean. All devices need to be maintained if they are to continue working properly. I am sorry if you are unhappy, but we cannot replace a device that is working.

Fine for the first 3 or so uses

I used my pen 3 times before the mouthpiece was completely gunked up (probably my own fault inhaling too hard).
I cleaned out the wax etc from the mouthpiece and installed it again to find my coil was burnt out already!

really not happy with the coil on this device but the battery has seemed to be working and everything.
